Delivery Methods

Products are delivered to the address specified by the customer during the checkout process.

Orders are shipped using one of the following courier services: Correos Express, UPS, TNT, Correos, DHL, Tipsa, GLS, and others, depending on the shipping method selected by the customer and the compatibility with the type of product ordered.

Delivery will only be made once the order has been confirmed and full payment has been received.

We reserve the right not to deliver to certain public locations where secure delivery cannot be guaranteed, including hotels, schools, bars, and restaurants. This is because it may be difficult or impossible to ensure that the parcel is handed directly to the intended recipient.

In such cases, delivery may be arranged to a post office or collection point of your choice, upon presentation of a valid identification document by the person authorized to collect the order.


Delivery Times

Once the order has been dispatched, delivery times vary depending on the selected courier and destination.

For shipments within Spain, the estimated delivery time is 24 to 72 hours.

If you would like to know the specific delivery time for a particular product or destination, please contact us before placing your order.

For products marked as pre-order, please contact us to confirm the estimated delivery date.

Please note that delivery times may occasionally be affected by supply issues or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, customers will be informed promptly.


Receipt of the Order

Someone must be present at the delivery address to receive the order.

Shipping does not include delivery to upper floors. Whether the courier delivers to the building entrance or directly to your apartment depends on the courier company.

Upon receiving the package, the customer must inspect both the packaging and the contents in the presence of the courier.

If the package shows any signs of damage or if any product is missing or defective, this must be clearly and specifically noted on the delivery receipt and reported within three (3) days by email to:

By signing the delivery receipt without noting any issues, the customer accepts the products in their delivered condition.

Claims for damage incurred during transit will not be accepted unless the issue has been documented on the delivery receipt.

For this reason, it is essential to inspect the package while the courier is present, as this is necessary to preserve any right to claim against the carrier.
